Caring for a Colony
As important as Trap-Neuter-Return is, it is only one part of cat colony care. Feral cats have been living on their own for thousands of years, but with additional monitoring and provisions from caregivers, they can live happily and healthily, avoid nuisance behavior, and show that people and feral cats can coexist together in comfort.
You can play any role in their care that you are comfortable with. You could participate in TNR, tracking, networking, or educating neighbors. Or you could be happy just to feed and water, or provide shelter during harsh weather. The links below will help you however you need.
